Users are only developers, the Danish Ministtry of Environment is end-user and the results are used for advise on cost-effective implementation of the WFD.

Load reduction targets of N and P are targets to be met in the model

If the model shall fulfill both N and P targets the time can be several hours 
What specific data is required to run the decision support tool? Data are included in the model. Only lod reduction targets to water body are necessary to run the model. 
Does the decision support tool have any limits? (other than language) TargetEconN can be set uo to run any N and P load reduction targets that has a potential to be met in the catchments loading to coastal water bodies  and lakes. The decision support tool requires the software GAMS and experienced users of GAMS. 
Does the decision support tool requires internet connection to work? Yes, it is an internet based tool. The smartphone app has an offline mode.
